Why we built SQS Hub

We were running AI agents for clients — and the infrastructure was eating our days. So we automated the loop. This is that story, and the one belief everything stands on.

The pain that started it

A few years ago we were running AI infrastructure the way everyone does: servers, SSH sessions, model routing, API keys, updates at 2am, monitoring alerts, backup failures, billing spreadsheets. Every client meant another stack to babysit. We weren't running an AI business — we were running a server farm that happened to have clients.

The worst part wasn't the work. It was that none of it was our value. Any competent engineer could do the same. The real business — the relationships, the services, the outcomes — kept getting pushed aside by yet another "quick infra fix."

We knew there had to be a better way: what if the infrastructure loop ran itself?

The epiphany

The answer wasn't us babysitting every server — and it wasn't handing an AI the whole show. We run the machines. On your claw, AI agents run the ops — updates, monitoring, support triage. Routine work runs itself; the decisions stay with people.

So we built that. Our own agency runs on this exact platform — every instance we operate is provisioned, updated, monitored, and backed up by the same loop we sell you.

The belief everything stands on

"You run the business — we run the machines."

Routine ops — updates, monitoring, support triage — run themselves. The decisions don't: your business, your clients, and your data stay yours. Trust comes from proof — we run our own business on this exact loop.

What this means for you

You get the business we were missing: launch your AI agency, sell client-ready services your customers can actually buy, and never touch a server. You run the business — we run the machines.
